Hi, I’m beth

I am a licensed social worker, trained professional astrologer and reiki practitioner who is dedicated to helping people realize their full potential. I focus on enhancing self understanding and developing the mind-body connection through a blended psycho- spiritual approach. 

I truly believe that self-knowledge is the key to embracing the power of our potential which can lead to deep personal transformation. When we increase our capacity to trust our truth, we enhance our ability to act in alignment with our higher self. 

Through an analysis of your birth chart, we will identify your true nature and uncover your unique potential. 

For those looking to take things further, I offer session packages that integrate astrology with collective planetary cycles and somatic, body based techniques to cultivate a stronger mind-body connection through the exploration of physical body feelings and emotions to enhance emotional intelligence and attunement to the self. Through this process I create a container of compassion for you to examine limiting beliefs and unproductive behavioral patterns and empower you to listen to your inner voice and discover your unique personal power.
